Purpose of this notice

ZFM Solutions provides workflow automation infrastructure. The Service is designed to help business customers connect their existing tools, automate operational processes and orchestrate data movements between systems. This disclosure outlines the operational risks associated with using the Service so that customers can make informed decisions about how and when to deploy it.

Operational risks

Automation errors

Workflows configured on the ZFM platform execute according to the logic defined by the customer. Incorrectly designed workflows may cause unintended actions, including data loss, incorrect notifications, duplicate transactions or misrouted communications. Customers are solely responsible for testing and validating workflows before relying on them in production.

Third-party dependencies

The Service integrates with third-party applications and APIs. Changes to those third-party services, API deprecations, rate limits, downtime or policy changes may affect the operation of customer workflows. ZFM is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

Data accuracy

Workflows on the ZFM platform process data provided by customers and integrated services. ZFM does not validate the accuracy of input data and does not guarantee the accuracy of any output produced by a workflow. Customers should implement appropriate controls and validation for any business-critical use case.

Service availability

While we aim to maintain high availability, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. The platform may experience downtime, latency, or degraded performance from time to time. Customers operating time-sensitive workflows should implement appropriate retry, failover and monitoring controls.

No advice

Nothing on the ZFM website, in our documentation, or provided through customer support constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or other professional advice. Customers should consult appropriate qualified professionals before making business decisions affected by their use of the Service.

No financial services

ZFM Solutions is a technology service provider and is not authorised or regulated as a financial institution, bank, payment service provider, money transmitter or investment firm. The Service does not constitute a financial product. Customers using the platform to automate operational processes that include payment, billing or financial data flows remain solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable financial services regulations.

Security and incidents

Although ZFM maintains industry-standard security controls (see our Privacy Policy and our security pages), no system is invulnerable. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, credentials and integrated services, and for implementing appropriate access controls within their organisation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZFM's liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited as described in our Terms of Service. ZFM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or operation of the Service.

Acceptance

By using the ZFM Solutions Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and accept the risks described herein.
